Instructions of Use

Step 1: Stretch about 8-10 inches from the roll allowing the wrap to loosen.

Step 2: Starting at the base of the toes/fingers, apply one full wrap horizontally without stretching; lightly press to secure.

Step 3: Applying desired tension, continue to wrap with a 50% overlay in a spiral going up.

Step 4: Once wrapped, tear or cut off the excess. Gently press layers to secure the wrap.
